Neil founded the firm in 1969. After graduating from the University of Hartford, Neil began his accounting career with Arthur Anderson and Price Waterhouse. Neil built the firm by providing small business advisory services, business and personal income tax preparation.

Brendan holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master Degree in Taxation from the University of Hartford. Ken’s specialty is auditing, small business consulting and individual income tax planning. Ken is currently involved with the Suffield Rotary Club and has served two terms as the club president. Ken has been formerly involved in many community services agencies including Treasurer of the Suffield Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of the Suffield Volunteer Ambulance Association, Inc. Ken lives in Suffield with his wife Paula and three children.
